Pfizer is hiring 2 talented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialists to support management of Rare Disease portfolio for a 12-month contract.
- These positions are in the Italian Rare Disease and Inflammation & Immunology Business Unit (Rome) and will report to the Rare Disease Marketing Lead.

- The Rare Disease Unit is a dynamic place-to-be with a portfolio including inline mature brands competing in crowded markets and an interesting pipeline of innovative molecules.
- You will be responsible for the implementation of tactical plan for the inline brands, with a special focus on the omnichannel strategy, and you will also contribute to ad hoc projects on pipeline brands. You will be required to attend and give a contribution within the cross-functional teams and to collaborate with other functions and Global team if needed.

- Leadership without authority managing and inspiring stakeholdersPrimary Responsibilities- Support the execution of Customer/Brand strategies for inline Hemophilia or Endocrinology portfolio, in collaboration with their respective Country Brand Leads-
- Support omnichannel strategy implementation by leveraging global assets-
- Contribute to in-country projects aimed to prepare for the launch of new molecules-
- Partner with CF team and the rest of Marketing team to ensure alignment with overall Rare Disease strategies and goals-
- Productive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (XFT colleagues & Global)- What You Offer
- Basic qualifications- University Degree (Scientific, Economic)-
- Basic Knowledge of Italian Healthcare Environment-
- Communication skills-
- Fluency in Italian and EnglishPreferred qualifications- Basic Marketing experience-
- Omnichannel & Digital mindset-
- Previous pharma experience-
- Knowledge of Italian regulatory and Pfizer policies- Adherence to Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy and Compliance/Integrity
