About the Role The photographic producer will be responsible for the management of the photographic productions in all the phases:
from the pitch to the delivery, pre production, production and post production included. Reporting to the SeniorProducer and together they report to the head of Production. Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervises and manages the production projects being responsible for the delivery by the scheduled timing Follows all the production project in all the phases, from the pitch until the airing Supervises the selection of suppliers for these activities, in collaboration with Purchasing Office Supervises the budgeting phase and the negotiation phase with suppliers Coordinates the work with the account team Organizes and participates to PPM and to shooting Supervises the production paper archive management updated with all the relative documentation Checks the compliance with rules and process (F4G, Legal and Procurement policy) Who we are looking for:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Arts, Production, and Communication or related. 1 to 3 working years of experience in production houses with the role of producer. Specific knowledge:
excellent knowledge of the audio / video / photographic production and post-production process and contents. Teamwork, initiative, problem solving, time management and meeting deadlines. Languages:
Italian and fluent English (any other additional languages are considered a plus). How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:
