For our Italian branch we are looking for an accomplished, self-driven, communicative and ambitious Business Development Manager.

You will be a part of growing Sales Team with the products that could help in digital transformation in the Italian market.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business, marketing, IT or economics
- Minimum 3 years business to business sales experience
- Strong knowledge in retail sector
- Experienced in a consultative, customer centric approach
- Comfortable to cold call and generate new leads
- Experience In IT sales - nice to have
- Communication skills
- Logical thinking
- Problem solving
- Proactivity,
- Very good Italian and English language

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and managing customer’s needs
- Creating new business opportunities for Comarch and building direct contacts with potential new clients
- Preparing and running meetings with new and existing clients, including C-level
- Preparing offers
- Acting as company representative for trade shows, events and conferences
- Negotiating contracts in coordination with the legal team
- Day-to-day management of new accounts from the Italian region and being the voice of the customer within internal structures
