- und die Anwendungstechniker-Teams im Aussendienst sind das Gesicht von Flowserve. Wir zählen auf sie, wenn es darum geht, unseren Kunden einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten und einen dauerhaften Wettbewerbsvorteil für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu schaffen.
Der Außendiensttechniker installiert, nimmt in Betrieb, überwacht, behebt Störungen und repariert Pumpen, Dichtungen und andere Geräte von Flowserve in Branchen wie Öl und Gas, Chemie, Kernkraft, Kohle und Abwasser, je nach Kundenauftrag.
In dieser anspruchsvollen Position bietet der Field Service Technician (FST)/ Servicetechniker unseren Kunden technischen Support in Echtzeit und gibt Empfehlungen für Reparaturen, Upgrades und Ersatzgeräte. Der FST/ Servicetechniker ist aktiv an der Behebung von Problemen und der Umsetzung von Lösungen vor Ort in den nahe gelegenen Kundenanlagen beteiligt.
Der Anwendungsingenieur vor Ort bietet technische Unterstützung für die Lifecycle Advantage (LCA)-Verträge von Flowserve an den Standorten unserer Kunden und ist ansonsten in einem lokalen Quick Response Centre tätig. Als Teil des Teams im Quick Response Centre gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben die Sicherstellung der Anlagenleistung am Standort, die Unterstützung, Überwachung und Ausführung der täglichen Anforderungen des Standortbetriebs, wie im Vertrag definiert.
Der Zweck dieser Rolle ist es, Ihre vorhandenen technischen Fähigkeiten zu nutzen, um die Ziele von Flowserve und dem Kunden in einer nachhaltigen, langfristigen Vertragsbeziehung zu unterstützen, die sich auf die Verbesserung der Leistung der Anlagen des Kunden konzentriert. Obwohl es sich in der Regel nicht um eine praktische Tätigkeit handelt, kann es erforderlich sein, technische Inspektionen von ausgefallenen Anlagen durchzuführen, um technische Lösungen und Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen zu erarbeiten.
Anforderungen:
Kenntnisse über industrielle Anwendungen und den Betrieb von Pumpen, Ventilen, Dichtungen, Stellantrieben und mechanischen Geräten.
Erfahrung mit der Installation mechanischer Ausrüstungen.
Erfahrung mit der Reparatur von Pumpen, dem Einbau von Gleitringdichtungen und dem Wechsel von Dichtungsflächen/Dichtungen/O-Ringen.
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zum korrekten Lesen und Interpretieren von Blaupausen, technischen Zeichnungen und Schemata.
Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit guter Durchsetzungskraft, die in der Lage ist, unabhängig und mit wenig Aufsicht zu arbeiten.
Ein aktiver Führerschein mit einem guten Führungszeugnis ist für diese Stelle unerlässlich.
Bereitschaft zu längeren Reisen, auch weltweit.
Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf Überstunden zu machen, um die Auswirkungen auf die Kunden zu minimieren.
Die Tätigkeit als Servicetechniker erfordert körperliche Aktivität, einschließlich des häufigen Hebens von bis zu 25 kg, des Hinauf
- und Hinabsteigens von Leitern und Treppen sowie des Kletterns und Greifens in, unter und um große Geräte, oft das ganze Jahr über im Freien.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
Für die Stelle als Servicetechniker sind eine Abitur/ ein Realschulabschluss mit Matura und mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung erforderlich.
Für die Position als Anwendungsingenieur ist ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium von Vorteil, jedoch sind 5+ Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung vergleichbar.
