**About the role**:
**What you will do**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with daily office management tasks, including filing, document handling, and data entry.
- Maintain and update records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **People Operations Support**:
- Provide support with health and safety compliance, helping to coordinate training sessions and track certifications.
- Help organize and maintain internal health and safety procedures, ensuring the company meets legal requirements.
- Collaborate with People Operation on Health and Safety to ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
- Assist in scheduling and tracking safety training and updates.
- Help maintain safety documentation and ensure all employees are aware of emergency procedures.
- **General Back Office Tasks**:
- Provide general support to the Milan Office in daily activities and projects, like groceries, events....
- Assist in handling administrative tasks related to office.
- Help organize and prepare materials for company meetings and events.
**What you will bring to Ogury**:
- Belonging to the protected categories as defined by Law 68/1999.
- Previous experience in a back office or administrative support role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
