Join us**What you will do**:
- As Legal Counsel, you will be support the Legal and Corporate Affairs team for all activities related to:
- Negotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including service, partnership, and technology agreements.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, such as the formation of new legal entities, the management of corporate legal requirements.
- Support and advise our Accounting & Finance team and our Mergers & Acquisitions team on corporate transactions. You’ll play a pivotal role in conducting due diligences, analyzing and drafting transaction documents, and following post-completion formalities and obligations.
- Support and advise our Business Development team line on participation in tenders and contracts both in Italy and abroad.
- Proactively identify and address business needs with an ownership mindset, seeking out new opportunities to unlock value for the company.
- Collaborate with outside counsel in Italy and abroad.

**Who you are**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Commercial or Administrative Law:
- High level of engagement, enjoy working in an international team including travel, social skills, assertiveness
- Flexibility and ability to work professionally and accurately under pressure
- Interest in compliance and internal audit;
- Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
