**The role**
As a Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for the growth and management of the Mia-Platform’s Partner Program.
**Activities**:
- Build strong and effective partner relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipelines through channel’s partnerships
- Manage the relationship with our partners to provide maximum value
- Provide support for new partner onboarding, including working with internal teams on training, communication and launching the partnerships
- Be responsible for all aspects of partner’s growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structured training, and ongoing partner management
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders serving as an advocate for your partners

**Required skills**:
- At least 4 or 5 years of relative experience in B2B Account Management and/or Partnerships;
- Strong communication skills to various levels and through a variety of communication channels;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Results Driven approach;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven;
- Proactivity;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Excellent english communication skills;
