Stiamo ricercando per importante Gruppo che si occupa della gestione del risparmio un IT Demand & Application Manager La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della struttura di IT Governance del Gruppo, a diretto riporto del responsabile della funzione. Il Gruppo opera presso le sedi di Milano e Roma, per un numero complessivo di circa 250 utenti. Principali attività Demand, Project e Change Management:
raccogliere, analizzare ed indirizzare la domanda di cambiamento espressa dalle funzioni aziendali, in termini di nuove funzionalità e servizi applicativi, assicurando la corretta profilazione degli accessi alle applicazioni e ai dati, recependone i requisiti e proponendo al Responsabile della Funzione IT Governance le opportune soluzioni; gestire progetti complessi, coordinando fornitori esterni e strutture interne, monitorando gli avanzamenti e il corretto rispetto dei vincoli di qualità, tempo, costi. Application management:
ricercare, disegnare e proporre nuove soluzioni architetturali/applicative per aumentare la stabilità dei sistemi e ridurre i costi operativi, curando la successiva implementazione delle soluzioni presso gli utenti finali; misurare periodicamente, e rendicontare internamente, la qualità e il livello dei servizi applicativi, attraverso il monitoraggio dell’andamento dei KPI e del rispetto degli SLA sui principali contratti di fornitura; assicurare la stabilità e la corretta operatività delle piattaforme applicative, gestendo in prima persona gliincident con più alta priorità; curare l'aggiornamento della documentazione técnica correlata a tutti i servizi in ambito. Governance:
curare la relazione con i fornitori esterni, gestendo sia gli aspetti operativi che quelli contrattuali (di servizio, di consulenza/assistenza, di manutenzione sw), nell’ottica di massimizzare il rapporto garanzie/costi a favore del Gruppo; gestire gli avanzamenti con il cliente interno, tenendolo allineato sull’avanzamento delle attività progettuali e sulle principali tematiche inerenti la gestione operativa; supportare il Responsabile della Funzione IT Governance nella predisposizione del budget IT per gli ambiti di competenza Formazione, competenze ed esperienze pregresse - Laurea in ingegneria informatica/gestionale o in discipline ad indirizzo tecnologico;
- Esperienza pluriennale nel settore Finance, gradito focus sulle aree della contabilità e dell’alternative asset management - Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Business Analyst/Project Manager di almeno 5 anni, maturata all’interno di realtà strutturate e/o consulenziali;
- Conoscenza delle fasi del ciclo di vita del software e dei principali processi di business;
- Conoscenza della metodologia di gestione di progetti waterfall e agile;
- Conoscenza degli ambienti e delle metodologie di utilizzo del cloud;
- Conoscenza di metodologie per l’erogazione dei servizi IT (es. ITIL). Sede di lavoro:
