PANERAIAs an Ambassador of Panerai, you have to ensure a unique client experience, mastering perfectly all the steps of a sale and transmitting the passion and values of Panerai brand.

You should maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and curiosity about luxury world and be proactive in proposing CRM and client treatment.

As part of the boutiquestaff, you have to guarantee a great team spirit and to participate to all the daily boutique operations like inventories and visual merchandising activities.

Profile Relevant previous experience in the luxury retail industry, in a sales function, or in a service oriented environment Excellent communication and storytelling skills Result oriented with strong selling skills Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy Strong attention to details with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Fluent in English
