We are seeking a talented and creative
**3D Visualization artist** to join our team. As a 3D Visualization artist, he/she will play a crucial role in our Creative Studio's design process, utilizing his/her skills to bring our ideas to life through
**visualizations**. He/she will be part of
**BWS' Creative Studio** : a team of art directors, designers, artists, and visualisers who brings to life some of the most audacious and inspiring live entertainment projects seen across the world.

In this role, the
**3D Visualization artist** will collaborate closely with our design team to understand
**project requirements** and
**objectives**. Using his/her expertise in 3D, he/she will create
**highly detailed and realistic 3D renders** of various
**environments, objects or characters**. Applying
**texturing, lighting, and shading techniques**, he/she will enhance the visual quality and realism of the 3D models. Additionally, he/she will
**fine-tune** and
**refine existing 3D models**, adding finishing touches to ensure accuracy and precision.

**bachelor's degree** or
**equivalent experience in 3D rendering** ,
**computer graphics, or a related field**. Strong artistic and creative abilities, along with an
**eye for detail**
**and**
**aesthetics**, are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines is important, as is a strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project requirements. Experience with architectural or product visualization is a plus.

**Requirements**:
- A portfolio that demonstrates 3D art skills, interdisciplinary approach, and creativity
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software such as 3Ds Max, C4D, Corona, Forest Pack, Rail Clone, and preferably real time engines like Unreal Engine or Lumion.
- Knowledge of 3D art and design principles and best practices.
- An eye to photographic approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning new tools and techniques
- A background in 3D Art, Architecture, Design, Scenic Design or other related field
- A keen interest in the live entertainment/ experiential/ cultural sector
- Proficient working in both Italian and English
