**HR ADMINISTRATIVE**
L’HR Administrative, rispondendo gerarchicamente all’HR Manager aziendale e collaborando all’interno del dipartimento Risorse Umane con l’HR Talent Acquisition & Formazione, relazionandosi a livello inter-funzionale con tutti i dipartimenti e funzioni aziendali per ciò che di sua competenza, avrà nello specifico il compito di:
- Gestire le pratiche amministrative dei dipendenti e collaboratori, assicurando i relativi adempimenti sotto il profilo legislativo, contrattuale, fiscale, previdenziale e assistenziale;
- Monitoraggio del budget del personale e reporting, rilevazione presenze, predisposizione documentazione ai fini dell’elaborazione paghe, veicolando il tutto alla società di consulenza incaricata;
- Gestione delle dichiarazioni annuali, delle relazioni con consulenti esterni, associazioni di categoria ed enti competenti;
- Predisposizione e gestione di tutta la documentazione relativa al rapporto di lavoro (assunzione, trasformazione, cessazione);
- Gestione dell’insieme delle affiliazioni alle varie casse e dichiarazioni dei contributi;
- Assicurazione della corretta applicazione del contratto collettivo (CCNL Metalmeccanico, Terziario, Multiservizi);
- Gestione del personale, delle presenze e delle buste paga;
- Aggiornamento dei dati relativi a salari, stipendi, contributi, TFR e adempimenti fiscali.
**Requisiti**:
Il/La Candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in discipline economiche e/o giuridiche;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni maturata nel ruolo specifico in contesti di piccola e media impresa del comparto Servizi e con CCNL di riferimento Metalmeccanico;
- Ottima conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e della contrattazione collettiva (sia a livello nazionale che territoriale);
- Conoscenza dei principali gestionali per l'elaborazione delle buste paga e per la gestione del personale (nello specifico PROFIS e SAP);
- Candidato con capacità di problem solving, pianificazione del lavoro e gestione delle risorse finanziarie;
- Completano il profilo: Capacità analitica, Capacità di gestione risorse umane e finanziaria, Capacità relazionali, comunicative e di Cooperazione, Pianificazione ed organizzazione, Problem Solving, Precisione e capacità di analisi.

- Assunzione a tempo indeterminato, con CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, livello e RTAL commisurati alla seniority ed esperienza della risorsa;
