Assicurare una corretta gestione ed implementazione dell’intero Sistema Qualità volto al supporto costante delle attività (tutte) svolte dall’azienda. Accrescere la consapevolezza circa il concetto di Qualità, diffondere le metodologie di miglioramento continuo ed assicurarne l’applicazione all’interno dell’intera organizzazione aziendale. Monitorare il rispetto dei KPI per il conseguimento degli obiettivi aziendali ed interloquire con i responsabili di funzione/reparto per facilitare il conseguimento. Monitorare ed implementare la compliance aziendale con le normative vigenti trasversali (safety, security, rifiuti, appalti, etc.) ed i requisiti contrattuali assunti con i Clienti e Fornitori. Proporre ed implementare nuovi schemi di certificazione volontaria nell’ottica del miglioramento continuo.

**Responsabilità principali**
- Garantire la coerenza del Sistema e la conformità alle esigenze della Norma.
- Preparare la documentazione necessaria per descrivere il sistema di gestione per la Qualità e assicurarne il corretto mantenimento e aggiornamento.
- Essere attore e supporto nella progettazione, implementazione, monitoraggio e miglioramento del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità.
- Mantenere i rapporti con l’Ente Certificatore
- Pianificare e condurre le verifiche ispettive interne per assicurare che tutti i processi dell’organizzazione avvengano in conformità ai requisiti della Clientela nonché alle regole internamente adottate.
- Implementare e manutenere le procedure e le istruzioni operative per le attività d’impresa. Qualificare i fornitori di trasporto e gestire/manutenere l’Albo Fornitori Accreditati.
- Pianificare e condurre audit di 2° parte sui fornitori di trasporto.
- Riscontrare le richieste e gli audit effettuati da Clienti e/o Enti di Certificazione.
- Monitorare i costi di Gestione della Qualità e presentare un budget annuale rispetto alle attività pianificate
- Mantenere e migliorare la motivazione e la professionalità dei collaboratori, assegnando loro obiettivi e compiti, promuovendo la competenza professionale e valutandone i risultati.
- Assicurare l’attuazione delle direttive della Direzione e dei piani nei termini previsti, mediante la gestione efficiente ed efficace delle risorse di cui ha la responsabilità
- Curare attraverso la predisposizione di specifici piani l’aggiornamento e lo sviluppo delle risorse assegnate.
- Sovrintendere al processo di gestione delle non conformità interne, esterne, del contenzioso
- Analizzare le evoluzioni normative che possano andare ad impattare sull’Impresa
- Monitorare ed implementare la compliance aziendale con le normative vigenti trasversali (safety, security, rifiuti, appalti, etc.) ed i requisiti contrattuali assunti con i Clienti e Fornitori

**Competenze necessarie**:

- Preferibilmente Laurea ad indirizzo gestionale o giuridico
- Esperienza > 3 anni in ambito Qualità
- Conoscenza della norma técnica ISO9001
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza come auditor/lead auditor dei Sistemi di Gestione QHSE;
- Ottime competenze di analisi dei processi
- Visione di insieme per l’identificazione delle criticità e delle possibilità modalità di risoluzione
- Capacità di analisi normativa di settore trasportistico, di sicurezza sul lavoro, ambientali.
- Capacità di analisi del contesto interno ed esterno
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Ottima capacità relazionali con attori interni ed esterni
- Capacità di mantenere il distacco professionale nella valutazione delle risorse e dei processi
- Capacità di negoziazione economica
- Capacità di gestione delle criticità e dello stress
- Pragmatismo e capacità di _probelm-solving._
