Per il potenziamento del team **Performance & Reward** della nostra sede di **Milano**, stiamo cercando un **Total Reward, Analytics & Reporting Senior Specialist**.

La persona collaborerà all’implementazione delle strategie di Total Reward del Gruppo e supporterà il team nelle attività legate all’ambito di HR Analytics e Reporting.

Principali attività:

- Supporto nello sviluppo, implementazione e gestione delle strategie di Total Reward di Gruppo, anche attraverso benchmark di mercato
- Sviluppo di nuove soluzioni in ambito benefit, in linea con i trend di mercato e di valore per le nostre persone
- Supporto nei processi di Performance e Salary Review, volti a garantire competitività sul mercato e equità interna
- Supporto nella definizione di MBO e incentive plan
- Aggiornamento e monitoraggio dell'accuratezza dei dati inseriti nei sistemi HR
- Predisposizione di analisi e creazione di report e insight a supporto dei processi decisionali del Top Management
- Supporto nello sviluppo ed implementazione di progetti di automatizzazione ed integrazione relativi alla reportistica aziendale (es. implementazione HCM)
- Possibilità di partecipare a progetti di transformation, innovation ed engagement trasversali all’area HR

**Requisiti**:
Sono richiesti:

- Laurea in ambito Economico o affini
- Master in HR è considerato un plus
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo simile in contesti internazionali
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e riservatezza
- Capacità di gestire grandi quantità di informazioni mantenendo il focus sul quadro generale, gli obiettivi e le priorità
- Comprensione delle esigenze del Cliente interno e orientamento alla sua soddisfazione

Completano il profilo doti organizzative, predisposizione al cambiamento e forte propensione al problem solving.
