In this role, you'll be responsible for the most meaningful element of our business: making sure our customer, category and brand plans are executed brilliantly in store/outlet to drive/increase sell-out of our brands. You will make sure that wherever we connect with a consumer/shopper, they will find our brands in a consistent and appealing way.

Portfolio:

- Core, Reserve, Innovation, Packaged beer

Customers:

- Cocktail bars, night clubs, pubs, restaurants with potential sell out of min 300 liters of spirits category per year (excluding aperitif category)

You will:

- Report into the Regional Manager of the area,
- Assign outlets to relevant category based on segmentation guidelines and record them through the CRM tool
- Visit outlets based on call frequency established and identify partnerships
- Work closely with the Account Manager of the area and the distributor’ sales team, identify distribution, pouting and activation opportunities in the area
- Negotiate pouring, distribution e activation agreements based on company guidelines
- Promotional Activities for our brands will be implemented in line with Diageo Europe activity calendar. Ad hoc incremental opportunities to ne identified.
- In-outlet performance and execution levels are accurately supervised and measured in CRM system
- In case of non-compliance, identify and drive corrective actions.

About you

You have a will to win; you 're passionate about what you do, love the night trade and building commercial relationships. You are results oriented and you have a flexible communication style.

You're a quick learner. You have willingness to work evenings and nights on a regular basis.

You have 1 year of Sales Experience (On trade is the preferred channel) and you 're fluent in Italian & English.
