Tre i pilastri sui cui si basa l’impegno verso i pazienti: AIR è sinonimo di soluzioni terapeutiche e servizi dedicati all’area respiratoria, dalla neonatologia alla cura delle malattie dell’adulto. RARE si concentra sul trattamento di pazienti con malattie rare e ultra-rare, mentre CARE unisce prodotti e servizi a supporto delle cure specialistiche e prodotti per la cura ed il benessere della persona fornite da professionisti sanitari.

Chi stiamo cercando

Scopo

Identificare e comprendere i bisogni territoriali per valorizzare i prodotti in lancio, la conoscenza e la reputazione di Chiesi Global Rare Disease.

Confrontarsi e discutere con il team commerciale (RDAM), con il Marketing, con il Market Access e con il Medical Department sulle opportunità emerse a livello di territorio e decidere insieme come costruire e implementare la strategia condivisa, in base agli obiettivi di business.

Massimizzare la awareness delle patologie e dei prodotti in lancio in tutti i centri di riferimento sul territorio nazionale e garantire il coinvolgimento di tutti gli stakeholders principali.

Responsabilità principali
- Supportare il coordinamento di tutte le attività territoriali legate al lancio di nuovi prodotti della BURD;
- Realizzare progetti, eventi ed attività varie finalizzate alla divulgazione delle conoscenze sulla patologia e sui prodotti in lancio di Global Rare Diseases coinvolgendo tutti gli stakeholders più importanti del territorio;
- Attraverso l’identificazione di sinergie interne, sviluppare e implementare progetti speciali cross product e cross funzionali, dedicati in particolare ai nuovi lanci ed ai prodotti in crescita;
- Pianificare e realizzare eventi, sponsorizzazioni, campagne e attività congressuali, curando i contatti con i provider e gli opinion leader confrontandosi con i team e con le altre funzioni, per condividere e valutare le opportunità e definire le relative modalità di attuazione.

Esperienza richiesta

Consolidata esperienza in realtà farmaceutiche in ambito sales, marketing e market access.

Titolo di studio

Laurea in discipline scientifiche.

Lingue

Ottima conoscenza dell' inglese scritto e parlato.

Competenze Tecniche
- Conoscenza e comprensione delle dinamiche del mercato farmaceutico e delle malattie rare;
- Consolidata conoscenza delle normative e delle regolamentazioni del settore farmaceutico;
- Tecniche di Project Management.
