Responsabilità:
Gestione delle anagrafiche e gestione delle presenze mensili dei dipendenti mediante l'utilizzo del software Zucchetti;
Elaborazione cedolini paga e relativi adempimenti fiscali e contributivi;
Elaborazione comunicazioni online con centri per l'impiego, istituti ed enti di previdenza;
Gestione richieste dipendenti;
Supporto all'ufficio nella gestione quotidiana della parte documentale;
Requisiti:
Diploma o Laurea in ambito economico, amministrativo, giuridico;
Conoscenza dell'organizzazione dell'ufficio personale e delle attività ivi svolte;
Conoscenza di base del CCNL metalmeccanica industria;
Conoscenza degli applicativi di elaborazione e gestione personale, in particolare di ZUCCHETTI, costituiscono titolo preferenziale;
Gradita la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Si offre:
