About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Intern. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team members and gain hands-on experience in various HR activities, including:
- Recruitment and Selection
You will participate in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Employer Branding and Talent AcquisitionYou will contribute to the development and implementation of our employer branding strategy, including social media management and content creation.
Administrative SupportYou will provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing contracts, letters, and other documents, as well as maintaining accurate records.
Industrial RelationsYou will learn about the principles of industrial relations and contribute to the maintenance of positive relationships with external agencies.
Internal Communication and Event OrganizationYou will assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies, including the organization of events and training sessions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in HR and a solid understanding of business principles. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a recent graduate in a relevant field, such as business, law, or humanities. You should have a strong command of the English language and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Additionally, you should have a strong ability to build relationships, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
