Our dynamic and innovative Operations Human Resources team enables our associates to perform at their best. We focus on keeping them engaged, fostering their growth, and ensuring they can continue to delight our customers.

As an HR Operations Associate, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the employee experience for our workforce.

In this position, you will engage in various core HR functions, supporting a substantial employee base across our ever-expanding operational sites.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our associates and managers across two locations, necessitating travel.

Since a majority of our associates work night shifts, site visits during evenings or early mornings will be required on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with HR leaders and management on HR-centric projects to foster an engaging work environment.
- Oversee daily HR administration, including onboarding procedures, self-service tools, and attendance monitoring.
- Utilize internal dashboards to generate reports for site management.
- Design initiatives to enhance the well-being and experience of on-site staff.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to business processes, data protection, local labor regulations, and HR protocols.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience in HR administration.
- Effective communication skills, including presentation abilities, to inspire and build trust with associates and managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel, as the role encompasses two locations.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Italian, with a good command of English (Common European Framework of Reference B1).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure when handling sensitive information.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with local employment laws, employee relations practices, and payroll processes is advantageous.
  • Experience managing HR information systems for data entry and attendance tracking.
  • Experience working with an operational workforce in a similar industry or in manufacturing environments.
