**Your Profile**:

- **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself
- 1 year working experience in a similar role
- Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Attention to details
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Highly motivated and a team player

**Your Main Duties**:

- Managing Group Block Space - Leisure Groups / Ad Hoc Corporate Groups / and Allocations
- Responding to all incoming inquiries for groups, and getting accurate and detailed quotations on timely basis from Revenue Manager
- Inputting Group/Block Reservations into our PMS reservations system, ensuring all details are accurate and completely in line with the agreed departmental standard
- Ensuring strict chasing / follow up / contracting procedures are in place and adhered to
- Ensuring full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on group issues
- Ensuring the Groups sheet is accurately compiled and distributed on time
- Maintaining accurate filing systems for all Group correspondence within the department, and ensure all filing is completed daily
