About the role
As Sales Support Consultant you'll be reporting to the Leader of Sales Support Southern Europe based in Milan. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, calling for outstanding organizational and communication skills. Main responsibilities will include:
Sales Documentation Management:

- Creating quotes, orders, and invoices using CRM and ERP systems.
- Vigilantly supervising open receivables and managing credit collections.
- Managing service contracts, SEPA customer data, and leasing contracts.

Process Optimization:

- Ensuring the timely and accurate generation of offers.
- Facilitating timely and complete order entries and invoicing.
- Contributing to process improvements by identifying areas for enhancement.

Account Information Maintenance:

- Maintaining up-to-date account information for clients and partners.

About you
- Administration background or a degree in business administration.
- Familiarity with IT tools and proficiency in Office Package.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and database systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with internal teams and customers.
- Knowledge of public tender processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in debt collection processes.
