**OFFICE**

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG/NGGH++ staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG/NGGH++ is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

**THE ROLE**

NGGH++ are hiring a Field Sales Manager. Reporting into the VP Sales, this role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with regional accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned account group across all targeted categories.
- Develop scalable account support models to deliver sustainable service levels to maintain and grow the business.
- Ensure seasonal go to market readiness, delivering clear seasonal priorities across the account base and leveraging B2B sales tools to make it easy to do business with NGG.
- Lead, drive and inspire a team of Sales Representatives Represent the assigned accounts internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and help manage all account interfaces.
- Measure progress across KPI’s

WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in account management and managing a high volume of accounts.
- You have experience in leading sales teams.
- You have experience in building sales strategies to deliver sustainable long term growth
- You have experience in seasonal go to market planning and execution
- You have experience in marketplace segmentation and working with a wide range of retail concepts from Sporting Goods, Department Stores and Shoe Stores.
- You have experience in working in a large organisation, building relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
