**Discover your exciting role**:

- The Construction Manager is responsible of managing the installation activities in respect of quality, time schedule and safety.

The Construction Manager will report to Project Manager.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- The Construction Manager has the responsibility to:

- Co-ordinate and enforce correct materials handling, transportation and storage procedures
- Organize the site infrastructure and assure smooth logistic of the site
- Assure that installation activities are carried out in correct manner according to contractual documents and in a state of the art installation methods
- Enforce correct and safe installation procedure
- Co-ordinate and provide input to field supervisors
- Follow up progress works and notify to Project Manager project delays or expected delays
- Provide construction suggestions to speed-up works, save costs and improve quality
- Provide feed back to project team on “constructability” of what designed
- If no Commissioning Responsible is assigned, assume responsibility for the duties listed under Commissioning Responsible Job Description
- Assure the maintenance and completion of the “As-Built” drawings.
- Prepare check lists / action plans and reports on the works progress and highlight problems

**Show your expertise**:
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials-
- Knowledge of the project technical concepts-
- Capability to assume role of manpower leader and to communicate with personnel-
- Capability to understand design requirements-
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environmet-
- Technical degree-
