**Attività**:
La persona supporterà il team HR nelle seguenti attività:

- Cura del consolidamento delle esigenze di comunicazione interna;
- Contribuire alla progettazione delle iniziative di comunicazione interna di interesse strategico e/o di carattere trasversale e curare la progettazione di quelle specifiche di area di business
- Curare il collegamento con gli interlocutori interni per le attività di formazione nell’ambito di competenza.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma/Laurea;
- Precedente esperienza in ambito: comunicazione/marketing/social media manager/web content writer;
- Ottime doti comunicative e organizzative, empatia e teamwork, flessibilità e proattività, adattabilità e predisposizione al problem solving;
- Abilità nella scrittura e nella capacità di sintesi;
- Padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto office (excel, word, power point);
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata.

ORARI DI LAVORO: full time
TIPOLOGIA CONTRATTUALE: cat. 3/4 CCNL Energia e Petrolio
DURATA CONTRATTUALE: 12 mesi in somministrazione
SEDE DI LAVORO: ROMA SUD

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Somministrazione

Stipendio: €30.000,00 - €32.000,00 all'anno
