About the Role: As a key member of the Ferrero Italy team, you will contribute to the global commitment to inform, connect, and engage more than 8,000 employees in Italy. Your primary responsibility will be to manage internal communication campaigns, leveraging all available channels to reach the target audience and measure the effectiveness of actions.

Main Tasks:
Define and implement internal communication activities to support the strategy, business, and brands of Ferrero Italy.
Manage internal communication channels (Forward, Yammer, Forward TV), deploying the Group communication plan locally and ensuring a common tone of voice.
Coordinate email communication to all employees as the point of reference for the HR&OI Professional Family.
Support and guide local functions (e.g., HR&OI, Marketing, Operations, Legal, IT, etc.) to conceive and build effective and engaging communication initiatives.
Collaborate and manage relationships with external suppliers (creative agencies, graphic designers, etc.).

Transformational Projects:
Deploy and support Group transformational projects at the local level, such as communication campaigns on Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.
Support the project management of the next engagement surveys.
Manage local events, both in-person and online.
Analyze traffic on internal channels using key tools (e.g., PowerBI).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Humanistic Studies required; Master's Degree or other post-degree studies in Communication/Journalism are a plus.
Strong communication skills and excellent copywriting skills.
Excellent knowledge of Office 365 Suite and project management skills.
Creativity, curiosity, and cultural understanding.
Ability to work effectively in a constantly moving environment.
Dynamic, proactive, and empathic approach.
