**Duties**:

- Responsible for researching and analyzing intelligence information to provide All-Source Intelligence products, written and verbal.
- Responsible for researching and analyzing intelligence information to provide All-Source Intelligence products, written and verbal.
- Establishes methodology for solving complex problems and undertakes appropriate planning to ensure timely intelligence production.
- Proficiently uses human intelligence (HUMINT), open-source intelligence (OSINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), and counter-intelligence (CI) to create finished All-Source Products.
- Evaluates intelligence reports, submits source directed requirements when necessary, and responds to notices of intelligence potential.
- Coaches, mentors, and trains subordinate team members in the adherence to Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) Analytic Standards.

- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance based on a T5 investigation/Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience equivalent to the GG/GS-11 that prepared you to do this job. **Specialized experience is defined as experience in conducting research to support the collection of All-Source Intelligence AND experience in at least TWO of the following intelligence disciplines: Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Foreign Instruments analysis (FISINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGNIT), Open
- Source Intelligence (OSINT), Counter-Intelligence (CI), and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT).** This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the Federal service (GG/GS-11).

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

- All-Source Intelligence Analysis
- Collection Disciplines
- Intelligence and Threat Support (I&TS)
- Production and Analysis
