**Job Purpose**:
The Project Administration Coordinator, Europe will be responsible for execution of billing and purchasing administration related to customer projects in Europe. The coordinator is a financial administration role that is responsible for recording, computing, and classifying the revenue and cost data to ensure a complete financial record. This position will ensure consistency and correctness of company's project costs and revenues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.
- Operate company ERP systems to record, store, and analyze information.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, accuracy, and proper codes.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information.
- Prepare purchase orders and communicate those to suppliers.
- Enters and communicates purchase order and invoices by verifying transaction information.
- Enters customer purchase order and invoices by verifying transaction information.
- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges, and refunds, and preparing and sending invoices.
- Maintains customer deposit and revenue accounts by posting account transactions.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Supports revenue forecasts and variable compensation calculations.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project preferred
- Experience with SAP and/or JDE preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software

**Competencies**:

- Fluent in Italian and English
