Commercial Excellence Lead

**THE POSITION**:
Commercial Excellence Team is part of our Human Pharma Customer Experience Excellence Team, the evolution of the former Human Pharma Operations & Go To Market, which is a very dynamic & diverse team both in terms of teams’ accountabilities and area of expertise.
As Commercial Excellence Lead you will drive and evolve commercial excellence according to company goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth in a sustainable manner.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- Supporting strategic and operational analysis as well as taking a lead role in driving large projects within the business & the Human Pharma Leadership Team, allowing for deep insight and access to the organizational strategy and direction
- collaborating with commercial departments & in identifying new market opportunities
- supporting financial planning processes and Sales Force Headcount planning
- providing insights and recommendations in market performance, execution, sales forecasting, resource allocation, KPIs & metrics, performance monitoring and incentives.
- cultivating innovation
- growing talent and competencies excellence of Commercial Excellence team
- Establishing strong and productive relationships withing Human Pharma Customer Experience Excellence function, Corporate and the wider Italian business (sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs, finance, supply and HR)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business and /or economics or relevant professional experience
- 8+ years of proven experience
- 3+ years proven experience in Commercial Excellence managerial roles or similar in the pharmaceutical industry
- CRM System knowledge
- Planning and project management
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM)
- Data Analysis & Statistical modeling/AI,
- Fluent in English and Italian. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential
