**Accounts Billing Supervisor**

La risorsa, inserita nell’area Administration e rispondendo al Finance Manager, si occuperà nel dettaglio di:

- Supervisione e controllo di tutti gli aspetti della fatturazione, nel rispetto delle priorità e delle scadenze;
- Assistenza ai clienti o ad altri dipartimenti dell’azienda relativamente alla funzione Accounts Receivable/Payable.
- Analisi, revisione ed efficientamento dei processi di pagamento;
- Gestione, formazione e mentoring delle risorse del team;

**La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti**:

- **Titolo di studi**: Diploma di laurea in discipline economiche o titolo equivalente;
- **Esperienze professionali**: precedente solida esperienza nel ruolo maturata presso società di servizi di matrice internazionale;
- **Conoscenze informatiche**: utilizzo professionale pacchetto MS Office/Windows OS
- **Conoscenze Linguistiche**: Utilizzo professionale della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)

**Completano il profilo**:

- Team building e capacità nel motivare lo staff;
- Capacità di individuazione e gestione delle priorità;
- Approccio multitasking e duttilità nella gestione e risoluzione delle criticità;
- Buone capacità di relazionarsi a tutti i livelli con interlocutori interni ed esterni all’azienda.
