- Our Turin Distribution Center Team is composed of Customer Contacts continuously developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture._
- The Customer Contact Team _**_works as an intermediary _**_between Customers and Productions/Suppliers with the aim to guarantee proper customer service level, managing the order from the arrival to the shipments with common goal of _**_not only meet, but exceed _**_Customer expectations, in terms of delivery accuracy and lead times._

**_We are looking for a temporary Customer Contact _**_willing to join the Turin Distribution Center Team and contribute in developing our Customer Service Level._

**What a Customer Contact will deal with?**

Being in contact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

Supporting and anticipate customers in their needs and requests.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Preventing, handling and resolving customer complaints.

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

Follow up from order to delivery.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Managing administration, documents, daily contact with carriers.

Managing the Customers KPI’s.

**What experience and competence we expect from you as a Customer Contact?**

Previous experience of Customer logistics; competence in export is a plus.

Outstanding communication skills with fluent Italian and English (written and oral) and being comfortable communicating to all levels in the organization.

Knowing how to use Microsoft Office, more specifically good level of Excel.

Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.

**Which personal requirements you should have?**

It’s fundamental have communication skills - verbal and written and even more crucial listening skills.

We need you with strong customer service orientation.

The key is also being strong in problem analysis and problem-solving, attention to detail and accuracy.

You don’t have to wait and see what happens, you should have initiative and show flexibility and adaptability.
