Per un importante cliente, leader nell'ingegneria integrata e lavori chiavi in mano nel settore farmaceutico, ospedaliero e clean room, ricerchiamo un/una Construction Manager.

La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al Responsabile della Divisione Turnkey Project, avrà la responsabilità di:

- Gestire il budget del progetto
- Supportare l’attività di Procurement del materiale tecnico necessario
- Supportare l’ufficio tecnico nella progettazione impiantistica
- Gestire e coordinare le Società subappaltatrici di montaggio
- Supervisionare e coordinare l’attività di installazione in cantiere, fino alla fase finale di avviamento, commissiong e collaudo.
- Preparare la contabilità di cantiere
- Gestione dei tempi e costi di commessa

Requisiti Indispensabili:

- Formazione Tecnica (Laurea in ingegneria civile o meccanica, diploma di geometra o perito)
- Elevata conoscenza di “Impiantistica di climatizzazione e regolazione”
- Buon livello di familiarità con la Lingua Inglese
- Precedente esperienza nella direzione di cantieri
- Disponibilità alle trasferte nazionali/internazionali

La provenienza dai seguenti settori cantieristici: Ospedaliero/Chimico Farmaceutico/Ricerca Scientifica, sarà considerata un valore aggiunto.
