Lovati&Associati, leader nel recruitment specializzato, è alla ricerca di un Construction Manager per conto di un cliente di rilevanza nel settore della costruzione di clean rooms e ambienti critici. Questa posizione è fondamentale per garantire la corretta esecuzione e il coordinamento delle attività di costruzione.

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinamento: Gestire e coordinare le squadre di montatori esterni e subappaltatori, assicurando il rispetto dei programmi di lavoro e l’efficienza nelle operazioni di cantiere.

  • Gestione Progetti: Seguire tutte le fasi del progetto, dall’acquisizione dei materiali principali alla gestione delle varianti e delle modifiche, garantendo l’adeguata comunicazione con i clienti e i progettisti.

  • Controllo Budget: Collaborare con il management per monitorare il budget di cantiere e garantire la sostenibilità economica dei progetti.

Requisiti:

  •  Diploma di Perito o Geometra, oppure laurea in Ingegneria.

  •  Minimo 5 anni nel ruolo, con esperienza nel settore delle clean rooms o in contesti simili

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
