La tua nuova aziendaPer gruppo multinazionale operante nel settore dell'Energia, che conta 5.500 dipendenti in tutto il mondo e un fatturato di 6.3 Miliardi€, stiamo ricercando una figura da Engineering Manager che segua la di progettazione e firmi i progetti per gli impianti fotovoltaici utility-scale della società.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
- Organizzare e monitorare i risultati finali dei progetti relativi al processo di localizzazione della progettazione.
- Approvare la definizione técnica finale e la progettazione per l'approvazione técnica, per favorire la più efficiente implementazione/costruzione del progetto e garantire le soluzioni migliori e più economicamente vantaggiose.
- Adattarsi alle esigenze e ai requisiti specifici di ogni nuovo mercato/prodotto/tecnologia per fornire soluzioni técnicamente appropriate, puntuali e convenienti.
- Revisionare gli allegati tecnici del contratto sia per i progetti EPC che per quelli di proprietà.
- Negoziare le priorities e le scadenze in base alle risorse specifiche della Region e pianificare il programma di lavoro dei membri del team per rispettare il volume di lavoro e le scadenze.
- Implementare tutte le soluzioni tecniche e gli strumenti che meglio soddisfano i requisiti del progetto e il piano aziendale.
- Coordinare l'esecuzione degli obiettivi di capacità dei membri del team

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
- Laurea in ingegneria elettrica o altri campi dell'ingegneria affini.
- Iscrizione all'Ordine, essenziale per l'approvazione técnica dei progetti.
- Comprovata esperienza pluriennale nel campo della progettazione FV / BESS / MV-HV.
- Ottimo utilizzo di Office 365 e AutoCAD.
- Attitudine alla gestione di un Team.
- Buon uso della lingua Italiana e Inglese.
