Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come CX Project Specialist all'interno del team di Offering Value Added Services & Solutions che ha il compito di garantire il disegno, la realizzazione e la manutenzione di prodotti, soluzioni e servizi a valore aggiunto in ambito Mass Market (VAS e E-Mobility) in linea con il piano industriale e commerciale della società.
Nell’ambito del piano di sviluppo e lancio sul mercato di nuovi prodotti, la struttura ha l’obiettivo di ampliare e rilasciare sul mercato nuovi prodotti e servizi a valore aggiunto afferenti all’ambito dell’efficientamento energetico, all’auto-produzione di energia, alla mobilità elettrica, al monitoraggio e alla gestione dei consumi energetici.

Nell’ambito dell’ampliamento delle portafoglio di prodotti e servizi, la struttura è alla ricerca di **un Project Specialist /CX Specialist **che possa occuparsi dell’analisi, disegno, ottimizzazione e reingegnerizzazione del modello operativo, dei processi e della customer journey sottesa alle soluzioni commerciali in ambito efficienza energetica, autoconsumo e mobilità elettrica (HVAC, Fotovoltaico&Storage, E-Mobility) rivolte alla clientela Residenziale e Small Business.

**Ti occuperai di**
- Effettuare un'analisi approfondita del modello operativo esistente al fine di identificare i punti critici e proporre soluzioni innovative per migliorare la customer experience del cliente B2C e B2B, identificando i benefici potenziali sia in termini di performance commerciali, sia in termini di livello di servizio.
- Disegnare e mettere a terra end-to-end potenziali nuovi processi e modelli operativi attraverso il presidio dell’interazione con le varie funzioni interessate (Marketing, Vendite, Comunicazione, Fatturazione, ICT, Back Office etcc) e fornitori esterni e gestire le diverse attività progettuali di raccolta di requisiti, definizione di soluzioni e gestione della loro implementazione fino al Go-Live.
- Gestire, in qualità di Project Management, le singole iniziative per garantire un'efficace implementazione delle soluzioni proposte e delle line guida definite della funzione, in coordinamento con i gruppi interni afferenti alle diverse aree coinvolte e con i fornitori esterni
- Identificare sinergie tra i progetti multidisciplinari nell'ambito dell'efficienza energetica, autoconsumo e mobilità elettrica di A2A Energia (in ambito B2C & B2B).
- Analizzare periodicamente l’andamento dei principali KPI relativi sia alle fasi pre-vendita (lead generation-vendita), sia di quelle post - vendita (attivazione fornitura e installazione) al fine monitorare l’andamento della Customer Experience End to End per il cliente e a supportare le decisioni del management finalizzate a definire le opportune azioni di miglioramento.
- Assicurare una comunicazione chiara e continua tra i vari stakeholder coinvolti nei progetti.
- Fornire formazione e supporto tecnico alle varie funzioni interessate per garantire una corretta adozione delle soluzioni proposte e dei processi definiti
- Fornire supporto ai Product Manager della funzione nella definizione e lancio di un nuovo prodotto/servizio

**Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo**
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria o Economia
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nell’analisi e disegno di processi di natura commerciale dedicati alla clientela Mass Market (Residenziale e Small Business). Costituiscono requisito preferenziale, l’aver maturato esperienza nel settore energy, con particolare riferimento alle soluzioni e servizi per l’efficienza energetica e la mobilità elettrica, Telco, Insurance o Consumer Products
- Capacità comprovata di gestire progetti complessi e coordinare diverse attività simultaneamente.
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di comunicare efficacemente con diversi stakeholders
- Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management
- Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di analisi e disegno dei processi
- Ottima padronanza nell'uso dei principali applicativi Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio
