JR ORACLE HCM CONSULTANT

**La figura ricercata svolgerà le seguenti mansioni**:
Comprensione ed analisi dei bisogni del cliente per scegliere e definire metodologie/soluzioni/approcci più adeguati;
Preparazione epartecipazione a workshop di co-design e prototipazione su Oracle HCM;
Raccolta dei requisiti funzionali e di processo dei clienti relativamente alle soluzioni Oracle HCM;
- Attività di configurazione, test e deploy della soluzione Oracle HCM;
- Gestione della formazione degli utenti finali supportando il cliente end to end

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in materie tecnico/scientifiche, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Biomedica e in generale tutte le ingegnerie, Economia e affini;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- MOTIVAZIONE E INTERESSE per il SETTORE ICT
- Forte predisposizione al TEAMWORKING
- Buone capacità comunicative e motivazione a lavorare in ambito consulenziale

**Orario lavorativo**:
dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 18.00, con possibilità di lavorare da casa per tre giorni alla settimana
