- Restaurant Manager

As restaurant manager in our lovely Trattoria, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, which serves both lunch and dinner for internal and external guests.

**Duties**:

- Schedule and plan the roster to coincide with business levels and operational requirements.
- Manage the restaurant floor, delivering a premium guest experience.
- Coordinate restaurant bookings ensuring tables are yielded correctly, opportunities are maximised, but guest experience is always maintained.
- To foster a positive and professional working environment where team members are nurtured, trained, and prepared for their duties.
- Identify training needs, implement SOPs and retrain on a daily basis.
- To assist in the smooth, efficient management of the lounges pre and post dinner.
- To ensure the restaurant is profitable, ensuring waste is minimized and budgets are managed.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of analogous experience in a similar structure
- Passionate
- Elevated technical competences in the restaurant field
- Fluent Italian and English language
- Staff training capabilities
- Profound knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine
