Capgemini Engineering sta lanciando la Functional Safety Talent Program che ha l’obiettivo di far crescere giovani talenti nel ruolo del Functional Safety Engineer oggi chiave nello sviluppo di veicoli e sistemi E/E sicuri dal punto di vista funzionale.

Il Talent Program è un percorso formativo di 1 mese che prevede una fase di formazione iniziale in e-learning ed una successiva specializzazione in training on the job.

Le sedi coinvolte saranno Modena, Bologna e Torino.

Il Talent Program è Suddiviso Nelle Seguenti Fasi:
Una prima fase introduttiva in cui si tratteranno i seguenti argomenti:

- Introduzione alla Safety - (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 25119, ISO 13849)
- Pianificazione e gestione delle attività relative alla FuSa. Applicazione di metodologie e procedure di Functional Safety;
- Definizione del Functional Safety Concept:

- Item Definition: Descrizione del sistema sotto analisi
- Hazard analysis and Risk Assessment: Individuazione dei rischi associati al sistema e loro classificazione;
- Functional Safety Concept: definizione della strategia di sicurezza (definizione dei Functional Safety Requirements) atta a ridurre il rischio associato al sistema E/E accettabile;
- Introduzione all’ASIL Decomposition e Impact analysis

Una seconda incentrata sul training on the job sul ruolo del Functional Safety Engineer nell’ambito delle Safety Analysis:

- Definizione del Technical Safety Concept:

- Definizione dell’architettura del componente
- Definizione dei technical safety requirements
- Definizione dei Safety Mechanism
- Definizione delle specifiche di interfaccia HW e SW
- Focus sulle Safety Analysis:

- Fault tree analysis
- DFMEA (a livello sistema, HW e SW)
- FMEDA e calcolo delle metriche

Le risorse ideali sono laureandi o neolaureati in ingegneria elettronica, meccatronica, automazione, ingegneria biomedica con indirizzo elettronico, física e matematica con una forte motivazione ad avviare il proprio percorso professionale come Functional Safety Engineer.

Requisiti fondamentali: passione ed interesse per il mondo automotive, agricolture, industriale e/o biomedicale, interesse per attività di alto livello volte al design e alla gestione di attività safety relevant.
Completano il profilo: ottima conoscenza dell’italiano, buona conoscenza dell’inglese, propensione alla mobilità e al dinamismo.
