**Job Description**:
The HR Manager full time role is a generalist role, covering all different tasks incurring during the employment lifecycle, from recruiting the best talent for our business, to issuing employment contracts, coordinating the new starter process, but also driving the implementation of global and regional projects, such as the development of an attractive Learning & Development environment. The role also contains administrative tasks (eg. updating our HRIS system, issuing letters to employees, providing regional/global HR and the Business Generation team with HR statistics etc.).

**Human Resources**
- Provide professional advice to management team on HR issues, changes to employment law and performance issues including dismissal processes
- Act as first point of contact for our people in terms of HR related questions
- Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
- Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with best practices and legal requirements
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Work closely with the management team to build effective talent strategies including retention, succession planning and employee development.
- Analyse training needs, plan and deliver training according to local needs and in alignment with global and regional L&D strategy
- Coordinate the onboarding of new starters (technical equipment, organisation first workday, induction pack etc.)
- Administer all Employee Benefit plans such as Pension, Healthcare, Life and Illness Benefit plans. Ensure correct administration processes are in place. Ensure benefit plans are competitive and cost effective.

**Talent acquisition**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your area of responsibilty
- Manage interview process and feedback
- Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability
- Work closely with the regional Resourcers/Recruiters

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Agile - Able and eager to provide hands-on, tactical support.
- Effective and efficient - Able to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlines; able to lead meetings effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive - Able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communicator - Fluent English and Italian language skills (written and spoken) + strong copywriting skills and ability to identify, shape and articulate key messages.
- Sound ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and external contacts.
- Skilled - Excellent Microsoft office skills and eye for good document layout
