**Human Resources Payroll**:
Per il nostro quartier generale di Roma e Milano siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da poter inserire in staff all'interno dell'area HR Administration.

La risorsa, riportando all'attuale Administration Manager si occuperà di:
Gestione pratiche di assunzione, proroghe e cessazioni con relative comunicazioni obbligatorie agli Enti preposti;
Gestione malattie ed apertura/chiusura infortuni;
Controllo dell'inserimento presenze e relativi giustificativi (permessi, ferie, ecc ),
verifica e correzione di eventuali anomalie e consuntivazione tramite il portale dedicato ADP
Supporto ai dipendenti interni nella corretta gestione dell'inserimento presenze e giustificativi, o problematiche connesse;
controllo dei cedolini elaborati da fornitore esterno
reportistica periodica

Laurea in materie economiche/umanistiche
Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni
Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
**Completano il profilo**: ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e precisione.
