**Posizione**:
Universo, Agenzia Per Il Lavoro ricerca per importante multinazionale con sede a **Trecate (NO), **la figura di un **Site Manager.**

La risorsa inserita si occuperà di:

- coordinare i responsabili di reparto nella gestione operativa delle divisioni di magazzino sotto la propria responsabilità e il relativo personale;
- raggiungere i livelli di servizio in termini di tempi, costi, qualità dei processi (KPI) definiti con il proprio responsabile;
- proporre azioni di miglioramento continuo;
- offrire supporto al responsabile del sito nelle decisioni strategiche e nel rapporto con il cliente;
- offrire supporto al proprio responsabile nel coordinamento del personale diretto e indiretto (circa 200 risorse);
- rispettare e far rispettare la normativa sulla sicurezza sul lavoro (L. 81/08), le procedure aziendali, la qualità e sviluppo sostenibile;
- monitorare il clima aziendale e garantire la conformità SOX su tutti i processi sottostanti la sua responsabilità.

Offerta:

- contratto a tempo indeterminato full time, RAL 60K + pc aziendale + premi
- possibilità di crescita interna
- far parte di un contesto internazionale

**Requisiti**:

- 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similare e preferibilmente in una strutturata azienda produttiva;
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni di Sabato e Domenica a seconda delle specifiche esigenze del personale;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
- ottime capacità analitiche e pregressa esperienza diretta nella gestione del personale (almeno 100 risorse);
- forte orientamento al cliente nel rispetto degli obiettivi aziendali;
- forti capacità interpersonali, comunicative e gestionali, analitiche e organizzative
- attitudine alla gestione delle criticità e al problem solving
