**IT Technical Support - L2**
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Esperienza nel supporto L2
- Giovane e dinamica
Attività:
- Service Management Delivery and support of the Group IT services
- Follow, contribute, seek for evolution and promote the Group IT standards
- Stage, deploy and administer components within your area of expertise
- Monitor proactively the IT Infrastructure and services under your supervision
- Ensure proper operational follow-up and escalation to the relevant Group IT support team
- Provides excellent Customer Service and a real added value to clients via the different communication channels available
- Promotes available technology when liaising with clients in order to explain and encourage the use of available tools
- Applies a flexible approach working on a rotational support model within the FSS team
