Head of Finance
- BayWa r.e. Italia S.r.l, è la holding italiana della multinazionale tedesca BayWa r.e., costituita da aziende che operano nello sviluppo e realizzazione di impianti eolici e fotovoltaici, nella fornitura di servizi di manutenzione per impianti, nella distribuzione di componenti fotovoltaici e nel trading dell’energia sostenibile.
Con più di 15 anni di esperienza, è oggi leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e per una delle società del gruppo, Operation Services, è alla ricerca di un
_Head of Finance con responsabilità di Acquisti_

In qualità di Head of Finance Lei svolgerà e sarà responsabile delle funzioni e delle attività di seguito indicate, nonché di tutte le attività accessorie e/o necessarie allo svolgimento delle stesse.

Responsabilità del ruolo
- Le attività includeranno:

- Eseguire la strategia finanziaria della società;
- Gestire i controlli finanziari e le procedure contabili;
- Garantire la piena trasparenza dei risultati finanziari dell’impresa;
- Fornire consigli su come aumentare le entrate e ridurre i costi;
- Supportare l’Amministratore Delegato nella predisposizione dei piani finanziari mensili e annuali;
- Proporre piani d’azione per garantire il conseguimento degli obiettivi finanziari annuali;
- Mantenere la velocità e l’accuratezza delle fatture e dei pagamenti dei clienti;
- Coordinare e creare tutta la documentazione fiscale necessaria;
- Comunicare in modo efficace, chiaro e tempestivo i potenziali rischi;
- Gestione dei dati finanziari, compresa
- la redazione e la presentazione di rapporti: analisi dei dati finanziari con report dettagliati;
- la valutazione della performance finanziaria dell’azienda, apportando, se necessario, dei miglioramenti;
- Supervisione del rispetto norme e leggi nelle attività economiche;
- Coordinamento e controllo dei colleghi incaricati della stesura relazioni;
- Minimizzazione spese e perdite;
- Valutazione occasioni di espansione finanziaria;
- Attività di consulenza in obiettivi e piani finanziari;
- Monitorare gli eventi che possono influire sullo stato finanziario della società e pianificare, se richiesto, nuove strategie;
- Supervisionare le operazioni e lo sviluppo di tutti i settori finanziari della società;
- Gestione delle attività relative agli acquisti della società;

Requisiti
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo; ottima conoscenza dell’inglese sia scritto che parlato;
Costituisce requisito preferenziale Laurea in materie economiche, finanza e amministrazione d'impresa.
