**Responsabilità e mansioni**:

- Collaborare con colleghi dello stesso e di altri dipartimenti: comunicare con il team Lifestyle per la presa in carico e consegna bagagli, con F&B per i servizi in camera. con la governante e la cucina per la comunicazione delle preferenze dell’ospite;
- Coordinare con il Lifestyle team le attività del ricevimento degli ospiti tra cui chiamata e gestione degli arrivi con transfer o taxi al fine di migliorare la qualità del servizio;
- Essere al servizio dell’ospite per qualsiasi necessità o preferenza possa manifestare durante il soggiorno;
- Persobalizzare il soggiorno dell’ospite creando un ambiente accogliente. Adottare ottime capacità comunicative unite a doti di gentilezza e cortesia, al fine di far sentire gli ospiti nelle loro case, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza maturata nel ruolo
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e sarà preferibile conoscenza del russo, cinese o arabo come seconda lingua
- Ottime capacità relazionali
- Problem Solving
- Team working
