**What you will be doing**

As Talent Coordinator you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg and Germany and soon other countries) in the talent acquisition activities such as:

- Creating, updating and publishing job descriptions
- Contacting applicants, scheduling and coordinating interview meetings, keeping the debriefs
- Check and validate (with TA team) the Job offer drafts from HMs
- Preparing job offer letters to be checked by HR Admin
- Perform reference and background checks where needed
- Preparing reports on new hire metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, time-to-hire, time-to-fill etc.)
- Assisting with the welcoming and onboarding of new recruits (e.g., preparing necessary paperwork etc, first day prep etc.)

- is a very quick learner and adapts fast
- has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- is fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus
- has a previous experience (at least 1 year) as HR generalist or similar
- is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment
- is highly organized and able to work both in team and independently
- is a proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'
- is results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about HR issues.

**Logistic & Salary**

The role is based in Milan.
