**Posizione**:
We are looking for a Product Owner with passion for software development who can translate the needs of the customers and the business into valuable digital solutions.

You will lead the product development of our platforms widely used by professionals in health, education and talent management areas.

You will have the ownership of the e2e product cycle working closely with the tech team based in Spain.

**Your Role and Responsabilities**

Interact with key stakeholders (external and internal clients) to determine what problems need to be solved, how our solutions can address them and what is the value of any feature

Gather requirements and feedbacks from existing customers and prospects through various research tactics such as customer interviews, monitoring tools, data analysis and market research

Oversee all stages of product creation from discovery to delivery: drive the Scrum Team in the initial definition and design phase, provide info during the implementetation and validate all the product increments before the release in production

Manage the product backlog translating requirements into user stories, scenarios and interaction diagrams; order and refine the backlog items to best address the strategic goals; prioritize by value and effort the product development efforts with the development teams and the stakeholders

Organize and take part in the day to day work of the Scrum Team providing specifications and functional guidance; make sure that everyone is working towards the same goals; play an active role in mitigating impediments to assure a successful completion of the sprint/release

Develop a solid understanding of the customer segments, the market place, the competition and of future trends for the domain

Contribute to the definition of the overall strategy for your product area, build a detailed roadmap and keep the management, the team and the stakeholders updated and aligned

**Requisiti**:

- 3+ year experience in Product Owner role dealing with complex digital products, webapps or platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a computer science-related field, business, or marketing
- Practical experience with Agile processes and principles (especially SCRUM) with a focus on continuous improvement
- Great verbal and written communication skills, with expertise to articulate both technical and strategical concepts to different audiences
- Proven capacity to take on ambiguous tasks and translate them into concrete product increments; ability to organize work under pressure of changing targets and deliver effectively
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on the end-to-end customer experience
- Very good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Previous working experience with remote teams is a plus
