Il Ristorante Cracco Portofino, gioiello culinario situato sulla pittoresca Riviera Ligure, è alla ricerca di un Sommelier appassionato e competente per unirsi al nostro team di esperti. Con la guida del rinomato chef Carlo Cracco, il ristorante offre un'esperienza gastronomica senza pari, celebrando l'eccellenza della cucina italiana in un ambiente raffinato e accogliente.

**Posizione: Sommelier**

**Responsabilità**:

- Creare e gestire una carta dei vini eclettica, riflettendo l'identità e il gusto del territorio.
- Consigliare ai clienti abbinamenti vino-cibo in modo esperto e coinvolgente.
- Assicurare la corretta conservazione e la rotazione dei vini.
- Collaborare con il personale di sala e di cucina per garantire un servizio fluido.
- Condurre degustazioni e eventi enogastronomici per educare il personale e gli ospiti.
- Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata sulle tendenze del settore e sulle novità vinicole.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza comprovata come Sommelier in ristoranti di alto livello.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle regioni vinicole italiane e internazionali.
- Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione e capacità di interagire con gli ospiti in modo professionale.
- Certificazione sommelier.
- Passione per la ricerca di etichette uniche e interessanti.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e di collaborare con altri reparti.
