**Posizione**:
A global key account manager dedicated to manage large multinational companies, selected in agreement with the HQ.

The Key Account manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in other countries or regions so to ensure that these clients continue to do business with the company.

Although contacts will be available, the role will be tasked especially with developing new business opportunities with these clients. This will include identifying potential clients and establishing contact with them.

A global key account manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Developing and managing relationships with key clients to ensure continuous growth of revenue streams;
- Creating sales forecasts based on historical performance, current trends, and client needs;
- Providing feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Creating and Maintaining client databases;
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention rates;
- Communicating with clients to ensure they are getting the best possible service;
- Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for new business development with existing or new clients;
- Conducting market research to determine potential client needs and target audiences.
