Key Account Manager

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Sales team at Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do
- Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel
- Networking within local & national accounts to secure all business opportunities
- Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts
- Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively
- Forecasting right product quantities needed for next quarters
- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts
- Taking a proactive approach to account management
- Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
- Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales
- Constantly looking out for new sales and business opportunities in targeted markets
- Analyzing market trends
- Evaluating competitors’ activities
- Ensuring that all costs are within the budget

What you need to succeed

Must Have
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategies
- Negotiating skills and ability to work by objectives
- Entrepreneurial spirit and approach
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of English
- Availability to travel
