What you will do

The purpose of the position is to develop the built-in business in the Marche region: the key account will be in charge of managing strategic Built-In customers, maximizing all commercial opportunities.

ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key partners
- Networking within local accounts in order to secure all business opportunities
- Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to local accounts
- Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively
- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts
- Taking a proactive approach to account management
- Arranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers within the customer
- Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales

What you need to succeed
- Economics or related field degree (nice to have)
- Built-In Domestic Appliances experience. At least 10 years of experience in Built-In Domestic Appliances (must-have)
- Fluent in English and Italian (must-have)
- Clients management skills (must-have)
- Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this (must-have)
- People management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivation (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Built-in Consumer Goods markets and proven experience in selling premium products (must-have)
- Established relationships with largest customers and retailers (must-have)
- Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously (must-have)
- _ Residence in Marche region_ and availability to travel in Italy (must have)
