Digital Marketing Specialist

Stevanato Group is looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join its Marketing Communications team with HQ in Piombino Dese. He/she will play an important role in deploying Stevanato Group’s digital transformation by making sure the Stevanato Group websites are updated and all the digital ecosystem is integrated and running at full capacity based on the business strategy. He/she will also support the digital needs of our sister companies around the world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define synergies with offline communications in order to create and develop, in all the digital channels of the company, a content of interest for the reference communities;
- Check and monitor Group’s social media channels daily for posting, alerts, mentions, actively interacting with the community through messaging and dialogue.
- Use analytical tools and KPIs to capture and evaluate relevant and appropriate digital and social insights, metrics, best practices (to measure the success of every activity) and use data to monitor and assess corporate online performance, presence and provide positive future outcomes.
- Update content on corporate website through a content management system, monitor performance, organize monthly report, and help develop improvements
- Collaborate with external industry professionals and key opinion leaders to ensure the content is engaging and informative while also establishing a strong network in relation to Stevanato Group brand.
- Integration of existing platforms with CRM;
- Create reporting of digital tool performance for top management and propose key measurement tools.

**Qualifications**
- Digital savvy with 5-6 years’ preferably in a B2B and multinational environment
- Degree in Digital marketing or another related field
- Fluent in Italian and English is a must
- Good copy and visual storytelling considered a plus
