**Hotel & Activities Customer Service Agent**:

- di commerciale- Customer service

**Easy Market è alla ricerca di una persona motivata ed intraprendente da inserire nel reparto Hotel a supporto del team di customer service.**:
**Ruolo**:

- Supporto alla gestione delle prenotazioni alberghiere e servizi accessori (assistenza alla vendita, modifiche alle prenotazioni, aggiunta di servizi addizionali/assistenza, formulazione di preventivi su misura, ecc)
- Supporto alla gestione del cliente (comprensione esigenza cliente, identificazione della soluzione)
- Supporto alla gestione degli incassi

**Competenze e requisiti richiesti**:
**Inoltre deve essere in grado di dimostrare**:

- Dinamismo, flessibilità e velocità di apprendimento
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese, la conoscenza di altre lingue potrebbe costituire elemento preferenziale
- Propensione a lavorare in un ambiente estremamente dinamico
- Capacità multitasking
- Forte proattività ed elevate capacità di problem solving
- Attitudine alla vendita, capacità di negoziazione
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici per la produttività personale (pacchetto MS office)
- Voglia di mettersi in gioco
- Commitment alla crescita professionale
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale precedente comprovata esperienza in agenzia di viaggio
